🔸 Trump: The U.S. Army will likely attack Iran again tonight

Donald Trump, the president of the United States, said the country’s army will likely attack Iran again tonight.

The threat came after tensions between Iran and the United States intensified again, and the United States, in response to attacks carried out against oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, bombarded dozens of targets in Iran and simultaneously reinstated oil sanctions against Tehran.

Following these attacks, the Islamic Republic also responded to Washington’s move by targeting U.S. military assets in Bahrain and Kuwait.

Trump, who earlier on Wednesday, July 8 (17 Tir), said that in his view the ceasefire with Iran is now “over,” repeated his threatening tone again a few hours later.

He said the United States will “likely” target Iran again tonight “very seriously.”

While at the margins of the NATO summit, and alongside Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, Trump said: “They violate the agreement every day. They lie, they cheat, and they kill people.”
