Iran Human Rights Activists’ group news outlet reported on Monday, July 22, 1405, that the case of “Saeed Arabi,” a former political prisoner, has been referred to Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court following the issuance of an indictment.
According to this report, Arabi’s indictment was issued on the charge of “conspiracy and assembly to commit a crime against internal and external security,” and his case has been sent for review to Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court presided over by “Eiman Afshari.”
