CENTCOM has released an image from June 19, 2026 showing a radar-stealth F-35A Lightning II U.S. Air Force fighter jet being refueled by an Air National Guard KC-135R Stratotanker in the sky above the CENTCOM area of responsibility.

U.S. forces are, on a permanent call, always ready and standing by.
