Kazem Gharibabadi, deputy foreign minister and head of Iran’s expert delegation in talks with the United States, said that during the Wednesday sessions in Doha, no meeting was held between the Iranian and U.S. delegations. Gharibabadi, on 10 Tir 1405, told reporters that the sessions involving the Iranian delegation were only held jointly and in a trilateral format with the delegations of Qatar and Pakistan, and that the aim was to follow up on the implementation of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding, especially regarding Lebanon and the release of blocked assets.
