Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on X that his forces, in long-range attacks in the Caspian Sea, targeted vessels that were used to transfer military cargo associated with the Islamic Republic.

Zelensky added: “Ukrainian forces last night targeted objectives in several regions of Russia, including a military plant in Kirov, an oil refinery in Tyumen, a logistics center in Yekaterinburg, and a fuel depot in Rostov-na-Donu.”
