This year, we set new recruiting records—months ahead of schedule. The morale of the forces is at the highest level possible. The unparalleled power of our Army was on display during the celebration of the 250th anniversary of America’s independence, and like our country, the Department of War has never been this “hot.” 💢We must maintain this situation. When Congress reconvenes, we should pass the 3.0 compromise together with a $350 billion defense budget, along with the America Rescue Act. I ask the leaders of the House to make this their top priority and ensure that as soon as Congress returns, this budget passes through the Budget Committee. 💢The America Rescue Act that everyone is waiting for, along with the full funding for the Department of War, can be approved very soon and can guarantee a free future for the next generations of America.
