🔶 Trump: I am considering resuming large-scale military operations against Iran

Donald Trump, the president of the United States, on Thursday, July 23 (Mordad 1), in an interview with the news site Axios, said that he is seriously considering the resumption of large-scale military operations in Iran. According to him, the scale of these major attacks would be greater than those carried out in “Operation Epic Fury” (Operation Epic Fury).

In this brief interview, Trump admitted that such a decision would have heavy consequences and stressed that he has not yet made a final decision.

He did not set a deadline for his decision. Two other U.S. officials also confirmed that a final decision has not yet been made and that no new order has been issued to the military.

The U.S. president told Axios: “I’m reviewing a large-scale attack; bigger than any time before. I’m close to making the final decision, and we are fully ready to carry it out.”

Trump said that if Israel asks him, “within two minutes it will join these attacks,” but added: “We don’t need anyone to begin a new operation against Iran.”
