Tesla has started offering rides with its two-seat self-driving Cybercab taxi in parts of Austin, Texas.

Unlike conventional vehicles, the car has no steering wheel or pedals, and the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has said it is currently investigating Tesla’s operations.
