Putin has ordered Russia’s army to stand down for now for three days and halt attacks on Kyiv.

In response to Putin’s remarks, Zelensky also said that he has joined a partial ceasefire and that he will not attack Moscow until Tuesday.

The reason is clear; U.S. representatives are scheduled to enter the Ukrainian capital for negotiations and important meetings.
