The Pentagon Inspector General prepared and published a detailed report on the “Righteous Rage” operation, in which the damages inflicted on U.S. military and diplomatic facilities across the Middle East are described in detail.

The report warned that the war with Iran and the United States’ weakness in the production chain of certain weapons, particularly in the area of solid-fuel missile engines and advanced explosives, have been made apparent.
