Mohammad Nabi Mosavi-Fard, the Friday prayer imam in Ahvaz, said in the sermons of Friday prayers in this city: “The enemy is trying to imply that the situation in the Strait of Hormuz has returned to what it was before the war, while the Islamic Republic still has full oversight of all movements in the region and strategic control over this strait, and we will not reopen it.”

Mosavi-Fard added: “The enemy must know that the will of the Islamic Republic is unshakable until the complete shorting of America’s grip on the region and the destruction of the interests of the oppressors, and the women and men of this land will never give up the struggle and presence on the front lines in the face of expansionist demands.”
