Lebanon’s National News Agency said that on Friday, 13 Shahrivar, the Israeli army carried out artillery attacks on the city of “Eastern Zoutar” in the south of the country.

As a result of these attacks, the targeted areas in the city caught fire.

Earlier, the Israeli army had said that operations in southern Lebanon are aimed at destroying Hezbollah’s infrastructure.

Israel and Lebanon are holding talks to reach a peace agreement with U.S. mediation.

Hezbollah, which the United States, Israel, and some other countries have designated as a terrorist organization, opposes peace negotiations between Israel and Lebanon.
