Israel’s sixth submarine named “Dragon” set off from Germany toward this country.

The Israeli army and the country’s Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday evening that the submarine will arrive in Israel within the coming weeks.

According to Army Recognition, Israel ordered its sixth Dolphin-class submarine in 2012 and construction began the same year.

The Jerusalem Post, citing multiple publications and media outlets, wrote that Israel’s submarines are part of the country’s nuclear deterrence triad.
