🔶 Israel’s response to Hezbollah’s drone attack; destruction of a hospital in southern Lebanon

The Israeli army announced on Sunday, September 6 (15 Shahrivar), that following a Hezbollah drone attack aimed at this country’s soldiers, it is carrying out attacks in southern Lebanon.

In a statement, the Israeli army said: “Hezbollah terrorist operatives fired two drones at Israeli army soldiers who were carrying out operations in the security area in southern Lebanon.” The statement added that it had received no report of injuries among Israeli soldiers.

The army went on to state in the same statement: “This action constitutes an outright violation by the Hezbollah terrorist organization. In response, the Israeli army is currently carrying out attacks in southern Lebanon.”

In another message, the Israeli army warned Arab residents of Salim to leave the area before the imminent attacks.

The Israeli army wrote in Arabic on Telegram: “You are located near facilities belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization, which the Israeli army will carry out operations against.”
