CNN reported that some parts of the U.S. Department of Defense are considering ways to effectively attack Iran’s nuclear facilities deep underground, and that they recently held an intensive program to design such attacks.

According to CNN, four days before the start of the operation “Righteous Rage,” a program manager at the Pentagon’s “Defense Threat Reduction Agency” signed an emergency contract worth $1.2 million to repair an underground test center at the “White Sands” missile base in New Mexico.

The document related to this contract was published in the U.S. government database on Esfand 8, 1404, one day before the outbreak of the war.

Three sources familiar with the matter told CNN that the purpose of this test was related to the Iran war, and that it was aimed at finding a way to attack Iran’s deepest underground facilities and likely to simulate an American attack on specific nuclear facilities.

CNN also reported that the U.S. Army has operational plans for an attack on the underground site “Koh Kelang Gazla” near the “Natanz” nuclear complex. Donald Trump, the U.S. president, said last week: “We may target Mount Kelang very soon.”
