An audio file from Majid Adineh, an executed protester, has been released on social media. In this audio message, he emphasizes his innocence and the fabricated nature of the documents against him before his execution in Karaj Prison. He calls the issued sentence “unjust” and says: “But my head is held high; I didn’t betray my homeland.”
The Islamic Republic executed Majid Adineh in the early hours of September 1, 1405 (2026). Adineh had supported children without guardians and was among the detainees of the protests in the previous month of Dey (December).
