The New York Times reported that dozens of Hezbollah forces, along with several advisers from the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), had been trapped for months in an extensive network of underground tunnels belonging to the group in the “Ali Taher” heights in southern Lebanon; a network that the Israeli army says is one of Hezbollah’s important command-and-control centers and arms depots.
