🔻The 83rd Venice Film Festival began three days ago, and the small island of Lido has been hosting stars from the world of cinema and entertainment.

This year, figures including George and Amal Clooney, Penélope Cruz, Laura Dern, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Orlando Bloom stepped onto the red carpet of this 10-day festival.

Among the festival’s headline-making moments was awarding the Golden Lion to George Clooney for a lifetime of artistic achievement.

Two Iranian films are participating in this year’s festival; the film “A Little Light,” directed by Ali Asgari, in the competition section, and “Be Careful,” directed by Mohsen Qarayee, in the Horizons section. 📷Getty
