Saman Taherpoor, the designer and founder of Kiānī Concept, said that Keyvan Khosrovani, one of the founders of the fusion of modernism with art and authentic Iranian tradition, introduced this approach to the world in collaboration with Empress Farah.

He added that in designing the formal clothes of Empress Farah Pahlavi, including for the coronation ceremony and official celebrations, Khosrovani made use of arts such as Baloch embroidery and Isfahan’s qalamkari, and coordinated the design of jewelry, fabric, and clothing in a way that Iranian culture could be presented on a global level.
