According to the magazine, Russia “remains far from an international pariah.” In particular, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov has recently attended the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting. Russia has also taken part in a Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
