He is one of the senior leaders of Hamas and has been responsible for hiding and transferring our hostages, sheltering senior figures of Hamas, and working to restore the capabilities of this terrorist organization.

Recently, he has been involved in efforts to restore Hamas’s rule in Gaza and in deception regarding the “de-militarization” of the Gaza Strip. He has also helped carry out terrorist attacks against our forces and citizens.

My instruction is clear: the Israeli government will continue to pursue all Hamas leaders and everyone who participated in the massacre of October 7.»
