Pakistan’s prime minister called the Houthis’ attack on civilian and energy facilities in Saudi Arabia “cowardly” and strongly condemned it.

Shehbaz Sharif wrote on X: “With the strongest possible language, I condemn the cowardly attack by the Houthis on civilian and energy facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has injured a large number of people.”

He added: “Pakistan stands firmly in solidarity with King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia.”

Sharif emphasized: “Such cowardly attacks endanger the lives of the innocent as well as regional peace and security. We reiterate our steadfast support for the Kingdom’s sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.”
