Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has issued scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judicial system. But this academy was in the hands of far-left Democrats and, as has now become clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. Using these fake guidelines, judges have issued rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” which has caused serious damages across the country. Now these guidelines have been completely discredited. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science, not political deception and fabricated science about the climate. With this truth now clarified, I hereby instruct the federal officials to suspend and bar contracting to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay the cost of such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such material.
