🎥 On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the One Million Signatures Campaign, this week’s “Digital Security” program is devoted to discussing “online violence against women.”
In this program, “Narges Kashavarznia,” a digital rights researcher, while examining the various aspects of different types of violence in the digital space—used especially against women—explains why online violence against women is being drawn toward their “bodies.” She also offers guidance on how, in a situation where Iranian laws have not provided the necessary provisions to support victims of violence, users—especially women—can protect themselves against perpetrators.
This program was broadcast on “IranWire TV” on Friday night at 22:30 Iran time. You can watch the full version of this program in the “Digital Security” section on the IranWire YouTube channel.
