Ṣabbāghiyān Bāfqī, about the change in the Islamic Republic’s nuclear doctrine, said: “If we do not have weapons stronger than the enemy’s, then at the very least we must have weapons like theirs. Therefore, changing the doctrine to create deterrence against the United States and Israel should be put on the agenda.”
