Masoud Pezeshkian, the head of the Islamic Republic government, says that Ali Khamenei, the dead dictator of Iran, despite publicly opposing negotiations with the United States, had instructed senior officials in private sessions to negotiate with the United States. The headquarters supporting Pezeshkian accused state-run TV and radio (IRIB) of censoring this part of his remarks.
