Kuwait and Qatar, in separate statements, condemned the attacks by Houthi forces backed by the Islamic Republic of Iran on economic infrastructure and non-military facilities in Saudi Arabia.

In part of its statement, Kuwait described attacks that result in injuries to civilians and damage to residential homes as an outright violation of international laws and human rights, and denounced them.

Qatar also, in a statement, condemned in the strongest terms the attacks by the Houthi armed group against civilians in residential areas of Saudi cities through ballistic missiles and drones.

Qatar described these attacks as aggressive behavior and considers them an outright violation of international law.

The governments of Kuwait and Qatar also emphasized their solidarity with Saudi Arabia and supported the country’s actions to defend its borders and its citizens.
