Klopp came and then he left! 👋 Antonio Rüdiger has said goodbye to the Germany national team

After some time of reflection, I decided to end my time with the Germany national team and give the opportunity to the younger generation. I wore the national team jersey for the first time in 2014 and experienced 86 caps. Despite not winning any trophies and some painful defeats, this journey will be an important chapter in my life. I am grateful to my teammates, the coaching staff—especially Löw, Flick, Nagelsmann, and Herbich—and to all the fans for their support, especially during Euro 2024. Now a new chapter begins in which I will focus entirely on my club. I am grateful for this journey.
