Keyvan Khosroani died in France at the age of 86. He was one of the influential figures in shaping a modern approach to design in Iran. He is generally known by his name in connection with architecture, fashion, and innovation in Iran—and, of course, as the designer of the clothing of “Farah Pahlavi,” the former queen of Iran. But Keyvan Khosroani played a special role in preserving Tehran’s historic neighborhood of Oudlajan.
