🔺Katz: Israel will not retreat until Hezbollah is disarmed in southern Lebanon

▪Israel’s defense minister said that the recent operation to seize al-Taher Heights in southern Lebanon is an important step toward establishing the presence of the Israeli army, and emphasized that the army will not withdraw from the “security area” as long as Hezbollah is not fully disarmed.

▪Yisrael Katz, in a statement, said: “Me and Prime Minister [Benjamin Netanyahu] are pursuing a clear and unyielding policy that strengthens the Israeli army every day.”

▪He emphasized that Israel will not withdraw from the security area in Lebanon until Hezbollah is disarmed throughout Lebanon and the threats against the residents of the Galilee are removed.
