Jessica Meir, a NASA astronaut, shared this image of the aurora from the International Space Station.

She wrote that one of the crew members had expressed hope a few weeks ago that before leaving the space station, they would see the aurora again, and according to her, the solar system fulfilled that wish.

Jessica Meir also wished the crew of the “Crew-10” mission a trip home that would shine with the beauty of the aurora.
