Trump, speaking about the decision to attack, said: “We have a country that will have nuclear weapons in two, maybe three weeks. We cannot allow it to have nuclear weapons.”

He added: “Some of them said: Mr. President, can we wait a little? I said no; because if we don’t strike now, they will have nuclear weapons within a month.”

Trump also said, about the possibility of striking another site: “Maybe we will be forced to hit there as well.”
