🔻Asghar Rahimi, head of Iran’s sports delegation at the Asian Games in Nagoya, announced Iran’s target of winning at least 20 gold medals.

🔹Rahimi said: “As usual, we are seeking to record the best results. In the previous Asian Games, we managed to win 13 gold medals, but in this edition we are aiming for at least 20 gold medals.”

🔹In response to a question about Iran’s wartime conditions, he said: “Everything is fine in Iran. Right now, our delegation is ready, and with 308 female and male athletes we are looking for the best result.”

🔹Iran’s sports delegation at the Asian Games in Nagoya has 308 athletes, of whom 211 are men and 97 are women.
