👈 Another American servicemember was killed

CENTCOM: The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced yesterday that, following an attack by Iran on July 17, two U.S. servicemembers were killed in Jordan and another servicemember is missing.

After an extensive search operation, U.S. Army forces today found unidentified remains of a person at the scene of the incident. The process of reviewing the remains to confirm their identity is still ongoing.

Separately, a U.S. servicemember in northern Iraq on July 18 was killed during an operation involving the controlled detonation of unexploded ordnance remaining from a downed Iranian one-way attack drone.

Another servicemember was also injured and is still receiving medical treatment for a minor injury.
