Ali Abdollahie, the commander of the central headquarters of Khatam al-Anbia, who is in charge of managing Iran’s combat operations, threatened on the X network that from now on the killing of any Iranian will be answered by the killing of an American force.

He wrote that this rule is, from this moment, the “certain and communicated battlefield equation,” and claimed that Iran had previously shown the United States that it was operational.

The threat comes amid the ongoing verbal war between the two sides. Donald Trump had previously said that Iran would pay multiple times the cost in response to the killing of each American soldier. On the previous day, Marco Rubio, the U.S. secretary of state, also said that Trump’s policy is not “an eye for an eye” but “a head for an eye,” and that Iran will pay a heavy price.
