This plan includes temporary housing for Gaza residents, and anyone seeking to live in these areas is subject to rigorous security inspections to identify “potential Hamas links.”

These areas will be administered by the Palestinian technocratic government (NCAG) with the support of a planned multinational force, the ISF, comprised of forces from several countries.
