According to a statement by the Israel Defense Forces, the combat team of the 551st Brigade under the command of the 91st Division, after two months of activity in southern Lebanon to remove threats, concluded its seventh operational cycle and mission, and in total these forces uncovered hundreds of weapons and military equipment, killed more than 80 terrorists of the Hezbollah terrorist organization, and destroyed more than 200 terrorist infrastructures.

According to the Israel Defense Forces, among the targets that were destroyed was a strategic underground route and two other underground routes in the Majdal Zoun area as well.

At the end, the Israel Defense Forces emphasized that it will continue its operations in order to prevent the rebuilding of Hezbollah’s infrastructure and to address what it called a “threat against citizens and Israeli forces.”
