✔ The video attributed to the explosion of the King Fahd Bridge is old and related to Ukraine

A video was shared on social media and claimed to show the explosion of the King Fahd Bridge (between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain).

The video is old and has nothing to do with the King Fahd Bridge.

The video shows a bridge explosion scene in Crimea, Ukraine, in 1402/2023.

In Esfand 1403 (March 2025), Iranian media also claimed that the King Fahd Bridge had been targeted by a drone attack; however, Bahrain’s Office of International Relations had denied the claim.

The media Safaf, affiliated with Ali Akbar Raefipour, first published this video a few days after, in Esfand, he called the bridge a “legitimate target.”

In the latest round of clashes, the Kayhan newspaper also called for an attack on the King Fahd Bridge.

However, there is no official and credible report of a drone or missile attack on the King Fahd Bridge.

With these explanations, Faktnama provides a “damagingly evidence-backed” response to the claim and the video attributed to it.
