Pakistan and Egypt’s foreign ministers, in a phone call, stressed the need for de-escalation in the region and the restoration of a diplomatic track.
Based on a statement from the Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson’s office, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, deputy prime minister and foreign minister of that country, spoke on Sunday with his Egyptian counterpart, Badr Abdelatty.
As reported by the Dawn newspaper, the two sides exchanged their views during the call on bilateral relations and regional and international developments.
