🔻Hossein Zahedi, deputy of the Conscription Organization, in an interview with the state broadcaster of the Islamic Republic of Iran about the conscription of Alireza Beiranvand said: “Beiranvand has used his maximum time limit, and this deadline ends on 31 Shahrivar. Since last year, we informed him that he had to make a decision, before this, about whether to be present with a military team.”
🔹He said: “Based on the regulations of general conscription service, each person has a time limit of one year after graduation for introduction. Beiranvand’s introduction deadline is 31 Shahrivar 1405. According to the notification of the General Staff, on 1 Mehr, Beiranvand must be made available to one of the military teams.”
🔹It had previously been said that Beiranvand intends to make use of the one-year exemption for graduates by citing his master’s thesis defense at Khorramabad Azad University (30 Bahman 1404).
🔹Zahedi, regarding the possibility of Beiranvand being unable to be transferred between teams in Iran’s top-tier league up to the mid-season point, said: “The regulations of the Pro League are related to themselves. For Beiranvand’s situation, provisions have been made, and we issued and communicated this since last year. This duty was Beiranvand’s, to plan accordingly with his club.”
