Hosein Taeb, head of the Basij organization, said the Israeli government will collapse earlier than the time Ali Khamenei had mentioned for its downfall.
Taeb, speaking to Basij commanders in Tehran, said the Israelis are awaiting the collapse of their country as they approach the 80th year of its founding, and that it will happen earlier than the time Ali Khamenei said, “they will be gone.”
He also said that the United States is seeking to create differences among factions inside the country and called for putting aside internal differences and focusing on confronting the United States and Israel.
Regarding negotiations, Taeb said the Islamic Republic should not enter talks “out of weakness and fear,” but if the other side wants dialogue, it should “negotiate with power and with the intent to take what is [its] due.”
He also said that issues such as the hijab and other cultural matters should not disrupt internal unity.
