🔻Bahrain condemns drone attack on Saudi Arabia’s oil pipeline

Bahrain condemned a drone attack on Saudi Arabia’s East–West oil pipeline and announced that it did so.

In a statement released by the country’s official news agency, Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while noting that the attack resulted in people being injured and material damage occurring, described it as an “outright violation” of international laws, the United Nations Charter, and the principles of good neighborliness.

Bahrain also expressed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and supported the latter’s right to take the necessary measures to protect its sovereignty, security, and infrastructure.

The statement also backed Iraq’s efforts to prevent such attacks from being repeated.
