Baghaei: Coordination Continues for Holding the Funeral Ceremony in Iraq

The Foreign Ministry spokesperson said at a news briefing that a significant part of the Iranian delegation’s visit to Iraq was devoted to coordinating the funeral ceremony.

He added that Iraq’s prime minister has formed a committee to participate in the ceremony, and the necessary consultations on how it will be held have also taken place.

Baghaei also said these consultations will continue. In the published text, he is quoted as saying that the people of Iraq are eagerly awaiting the ceremony.
