Wall Street Journal: Saudi Arabia has resumed transporting crude oil through the East-West pipeline that had been damaged, but with a smaller volume than usual.

In contrast, since the U.S. resumed its blockade of the Strait of Hormuz in July, Iran has been unable to ship its crude oil through this strait.

Iran’s oil reserves, which had been stockpiled before the blockade, may run out by mid-October.
