Angular

A complete framework for large applications.

Angular is a complete framework from Google for building large web applications in TypeScript. Everything a big team needs comes in one box: components, a router, forms, an HTTP client, dependency injection, testing tools and a powerful command-line interface. This track teaches modern Angular: standalone components, signals, the built-in @if and @for blocks, and the inject(), input() and output() functions.

You already know TypeScript, so every lesson goes straight to what Angular adds, with examples from Nova, a small social app: a like button, a leaderboard, a profile page and a feed that loads from an API.

What you'll be able to do

  • Create standalone components with templates, styles and bindings
  • Hold state in signals and derive values with computed
  • Render conditions and lists with @if, @for and @switch
  • Share data and logic through services and dependency injection
  • Build pages with the router, load JSON with HttpClient and validate reactive forms
  • Fetch data reactively with RxJS, defer heavy blocks and write unit tests with TestBed
