🔺Southern Command commander: More than 900 U.S. military forces are participating in relief operations after the earthquake in Venezuela ▪ General Francis Donovan, commander of the Southern Command Headquarters of the U.S. Army (“SOUTHCOM”), said the U.S. military has deployed more than 900 military personnel in this country and about 800 other personnel at support bases in Puerto Rico and Curaçao to support relief operations following the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela.
