🔸Iran’s foreign ministry accused the United States of violating the end-of-war agreement In a statement, Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the U.S. attacks on the morning of Wednesday, 17 Tir (July 8) on “monitoring and surveillance centers in Iran’s southern coasts” as a “military aggression” and a violation of the UN Charter and the end-of-war memorandum. The ministry also said that “the continued attacks by the United States, the cancellation of the license to sell Iranian oil, the ‘violation of Iranian arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz and the continuation of Israel’s attacks on Lebanon’” have rendered the end-of-war agreement ineffective. Iran’s foreign ministry warned that any cooperation by other countries in attacks against Iran would be considered participation in a “crime of aggression.” The Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya also said in a statement that the Islamic Republic “under no circumstances” will allow interference in the affairs of the Strait of Hormuz and its management. Neither Iran’s foreign ministry nor Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters referred to attacks by IRGC forces on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, or to IRGC and IRGC and army attacks on “85 targets” in Arab countries in the Persian Gulf region of Kuwait and Bahrain.
