A spokesperson for Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that no important high-level meeting between the United States and Iran is currently scheduled.

He also said that no development has yet occurred that would lead to the release of Iran’s frozen funds.

According to the Qatari official, there is also no current plan for a direct meeting between Witkoff and Kushner and Iranian officials.
